I Understand that: Hire A Cabin Ltd is asking me for personal information, so as to use a credit reporting service to credit check me.  If I default on my payment obligations, I am liable for any collection and/or legal costs incurred upon default.  I have landowner consent for the rental cabin hire and delivery. Deposits to secure the cabin are non-refundable. It is my responsibility to ensure clear access into the property (for the cabin delivery and collection), the cabin site ground surface must be flat and the cabin will be safe from flooding. Any obstructions, soft ground/mud (causing delivery/collection time delays), will result in an additional cost for labour and/or associated damages to the cabin and vehicle. I hereby declare that the information provided is true and correct. I understand that any wilful dishonesty will result in immediate termination of this application and any associated cabin hire.
